Manager - HR Operations & Compliance

Wingify is a ~$30mn ARR SaaS company that makes the market-leading A/B testing and conversion optimization platform We are a 100% bootstrapped and profitable company founded in India, making globally admired technology products in the marketing technology space. With clients in 90+ countries, Wingify has been profitable all its 11 years of existence and is now looking to grow to its next milestone of $50mn revenue (and beyond that to $100mn) over the next few years.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation & governance of HR Policies, Statutory compliance & HR processes
  • Manage our people systems, conduct compliance audits and data processing
  • Closely work with Vendor partners to drive effective & efficient HR Service delivery
  • Drive implementation of workflows that support key employee milestones like onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance review, offboarding, and others
  • Draw up and maintain a calendar of Internal control activities and ensure completion deadlines, accurate and timely completion, and quality assurance for all submissions
  • Own end-to-end employee services charter through defining and driving adherence to processes and through execution of HR Operations strategy

Required Qualification & Skills

  • 4-6 years of relevant¬† HR operations experience in fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR with a proven understanding of end to end HR processes & policies
  • Understanding of GDPR, ISO and BSI standards
  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer-service attitude
  • Strong analytical skills, a proven ability to execute processes
  • Experienced in processing HRIS system transactions across HR functions
  • Discretion and judgment handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Ability to collaborate with required stakeholders internally and externally
