Wingify is looking to hire a Director - People Success/HR who would be responsible for defining HR strategy and the roadmap for HR for the coming years as the company embarks on an ambitious growth journey. He/She would take ownership for the entire Employee Life Cycle across levels for the organization. Establishing and sustaining a performance-oriented work culture and introducing and institutionalizing best in class people-related processes and systems in HR would be some priorities for this position.

The individual will be empowered through complete trust from leadership and would be given autonomy to strategize, set the direction for the team and roll out the functional plans. Also, support from other functions will be provided to ensure the execution of HR strategies. 

The priorities for the role include:

HR Strategy: Design and drive the overall people strategy in line with organizational goals and culture including:

  • HR Budgeting 
  • Policy Design and Deployment 
  • HR Processes and Talent Management
  • Internal communication

Team Development

  • Selection, Development, and Retention of the team
  • Coaching the HR Team in managing the entire Employee lifecycle 
  • Ensuring creation and repeatability of skills 

HR Operations: Conduct periodic Reviews of existing policies and processes. 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices 
  • Develop and introduce solutions to promote effectiveness and efficiency in HR processes’ execution and monitoring 
  • Measure and monitor key HR metrics/dashboard on a routine basis and report to the management

Talent Management and Development: Build a high-performance culture by establishing processes for talent, performance, recognition & rewards including:

  • Attracting and on-boarding the right talent
  • Grading and leveling of unique roles
  • Performance Management- Goal Setting & Performance Assessment
  • Identifying and managing High Potentials and Succession Planning
  • Talent Development - Capability Development including preparing Individual Development Plans

Candidate Profile 

The candidate should be strategically oriented and would have proven functional expertise in all areas in HR including Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, HR Operations including policy formulation, Design and Deployment of Compensation structuring, Designing and Delivering effective Performance Management System. Candidates should also have experience of laying a structure for the HR team and continuously developing the team to contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be an industry professional with at least 12 years of HR experience in SaaS, IT Products, or IT Services industries. He/she should have established processes and systems from scratch and managed an employee base of 200+ employees. Additionally, the candidate should have an experience of driving HR results in a high-growth company environment.
